3. YouTube API Services
Concerly uses YouTube API Services to retrieve and display YouTube videos and related metadata, such as concert footage and artist-related content.
When you interact with YouTube content through the Service:
- Data may be collected directly by YouTube / Google
- Such data processing is governed by Google and YouTube, not by Concerly
Your interaction with YouTube content is subject to:
Concerly does not store YouTube login credentials and does not receive personally identifiable user data from YouTube unless explicitly authorized by the user.
4. Handling of YouTube API Data
Concerly handles YouTube API data in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, including Section III.E (Handling YouTube Data and Content).
- YouTube API data is used solely to provide and display relevant video content within the Service
- We do not modify, sell, or combine YouTube API data with external data sources
- YouTube API data is refreshed regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Cached YouTube API data is updated or deleted when no longer required for the Service or when required by YouTube's policies
We do not store YouTube API data longer than necessary for the intended functionality of the Service.
5. Other Third-Party Tools
Aside from:
- YouTube API Services
- Google Analytics
- Microsoft Clarity
Concerly does not currently use any other third-party tools or services that process personal data with a significant impact on user privacy.
If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Cookies and similar technologies are used only for:
- Essential website functionality
- Website analytics (Google Analytics)
- User interaction analysis (Microsoft Clarity)
